A Quick Manifestation Practice

The word manifestation always sounded a bit magical to me. Indeed, it sometimes feels that way when you align with an intentional desired outcome and it does come into your life. The truth is, we are all creating our reality: we just might not be intentional about it. Intentional creation occurs when you knowingly align your vibration to the vibration of the desired outcome.


There isn't a one-size-fits-all shortcut for manifestation, but there are ways to prime yourself for receiving what you desire. Here are some things to consider when looking to create a manifestation ritual or practice:

  • Clarity is important:

    • Be specific about what you want. The more detailed and clear your vision, the easier it is to attract it.

  • Belief and trust is important

    • Believing and trusting your desire is available to you will help orientate your whole being in the direction of receiving it.

  • authentic Alignment is important:

    • This is where your thinking, feeling and actions all line up with the desire being done. This is the equivalent of you “BEING” the vibration of your desire. The vibration of a desire done is feelings of

      • TRUST

      • KNOWING

      • RELAXED

      • HAPPY

      • EXPECTANT

      • EAGER

      • READY

Practicing these vibrations can help you allow in your desire with more ease. Here is a quick and easy manifestation ritual you can bring into your life to help your desires in quicker.

One. Find any way to feel better now.

Choose to deliberately focus on OR bring something to mind that is easy to feel good about. Don’t think too hard, just ask yourself: “What is working well right now in my life?” or “What am I enjoying in my life right now?” “What am I looking forward to"?” Whatever pops up, allow it to come in. If you’re in a rut or something is really bothering you, try to ask yourself if you can see it from a different perspective that can bring you some relief. If there is no better way to feel about it, then find a way to distract yourself from what is bothering you. Sometimes a good nights sleep is the best way to feel better now. But here are a list of other ways to feel better now.

Two. Make more decisions aligned with what you want for yourself.

Make a list of small decisions that would contribute to what you really want in your life. Only you know what decisions are aligned with what you really want for yourself. No one can do this work for you.

Three. Write about the desire done from your future perspective.

What is happening? How does it feel? What does your day to day look like with this creation fully manifested? Try to imagine as if it’s real and sit in that energy for 5-10 minutes daily.
